In-Season Training
In-Season training is an important component of an athlete's training regimen. This program will focus on maintaining the athlete's strength throughout the season, and will include a manual therapy component with our Certified Athletic Trainer.

In-season manual therapy helps address movement restrictions that can occur during the course of a season and aid in recovery to help keep you healthy and on the field.
Matrix Sports Medicine's in-season program is a great way to get the most out of your body and your season!

What's Included in the In-Season Training Program?

State of the art facilities for all your training needs.

Individualized assessment and programming to help you maintain strength and minimize risk for injury.

Semi-private training model, allowing for individualized instruction without sacrificing the benefits of training partners.

60 minute sessions consisting of 40 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of manual therapy.

Recommend 2 Day/week sessions.

Manual therapy treatments with our on staff clinicians, such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, cupping and Graston Technique.
